Hi my name is sam, me and my brother own a scooter shop (www.boostyascoot.co.uk)

we are going to bulid this aerox to look custom but to also work on the road

My engine set up is going to be:

    Stage 6 clyinder
    Stage 6 crank
    Stage 6 teflon case bearings
    Malossi over range
    Malossi delta clutch
    Malossi vl14
    Malossi stright manifold
    XSH wedge
    21 mm dell'orto
    Stage 6 air filter

    My custom parts:

    Custom rossi colour (Blue,Yellow)
    Rear back panle (BCD,KIESLAR)
    Front panel (BCD,STANDARD)
    MKTK under tray
    Custom speedo braket
    Stage 6 disc
    Kieler deep dish wheel
    Custom coved seat

    First i get the scooter

    The arox is standard

Now we start work on it

I take the engine block out of the aerox.

As we wait for the engine parts to be deliverd we get on with the custom panling

    BCD and kiesler fibre glassing

    Rubbed down the fibre glass

Put the fibra glass where the panles need it

I fit the MKTK under tray to see how the part fits

My brother now does some custom custom work on the panling

belly pan with aerox and shapes cut out

    frist coet of paint

We now get the BCD headlight and see how

the head light had been plastic welded and filled

We now finish the back panle

The filler rubbed right down (finshed)

We have now got the engine part in and we start to rebuld it the block rebult

as we are doing this we send the panle to the painter (MR B)

We get the helmet painted to look good when riding the aerox

The block fully bult and the panles are back from painter (MR B)

The block back in the frame and started to be rebult

Stage 6 oversize disc on the wheel

custom cut out with the paint on it

the back end on know just the front to do

different air filter and indcators on

Now i just need to get the front on

here are the other pictures of my aerox (finished)

what engine work do you do to your scooters, i notice a lack of engine pics, is there much porting done or do you just slap a kit on and let it go?

gotta say, they all look pretty damn good.

Looks like good quality work keep it up

I'm intrigued as to the cost of pushing out these projects as well.

Is there actually a market for selling ready made customized scooters you've created where you are? Or is this a way of show piecing the parts you can supply? would like to see some motor mods too

liking the shop queue photo ;)

    hi mate

the cost of a fully customize scooter varies because there are different parts at different price

the aerox was made for a customer, they gave us a picture of what they whated and told us to get on with it.

and the other scooters are ares to sho what we can do and what part we sell, and also what you can make a scooter look like

more engine mods wil be on are next aerox project
