Everything will be sorted but i need more time:) ill get some photos of it and tell you how to do it when i take it off..it adds 15-20kmph to the speed, but thats only if you have a standart variator, other ones like polini ... allready have this done to them but in a different way..

i was thinking about it but my katana did 70mph with restricted variator until the cdi, regulator and generator broke, thinking of getting a new cdi because the one i got now is restricted,

No mph, 68mph down my road but the road wasnt long enough and i didnt have any license then so i couldnt test is on the road properly. When i bought this ped the owner said it had new piston, barrel and crank but i dont know are they stock or what, so thats what im going to check later when i get time

Not a lot of work done today because i was waiting for the post man and was asleep the whole morning ;(, but got the engine off which means i will prepare it to be painted and seeing how the piston is doing, will try to finish preparing the exhaust which i started at the end of the day with my brother, got some high temp paint from ebay, some white and black paint to spray the fairings, and finished spraying front forks,

Im thinking about it, but i got told the 70 are shit, they wear quicker than the stock ones, are they talking about the piston or cylinder? im a student and dont have that much money to spend on engine ;(, i found one on ebay its not a polini its just a crap one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-BIG-B...06?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item3372d09086 would it last long? or you think i should save money and but a good one? im braking my old cdi with my dad some time this week to see what was wrong with it, as i told earlier i think the one i got is restricted,
